TRAINING PROGRAMS

Each workout is designed to fit the needs of the specific QB. I am a firm believer that each quarterback progresses and learns differently through each developmental stage, hence my personalized workout approach. All workouts emphasize quality reps and instant feedback, and with small group sizes we ensure the QB is getting the most out of each session. 

1 on 1 Training

These private sessions will include a full evaluation of throwing motion, footwork, and body alignment. Training will focus on proper upper & lower body throwing mechanics, base, footwork, drops, sprint out, and play action. Implementation of offensive schemes, read progression, defensive recognition and coverage identification will also be an area of focus. 

Group Training

Our most popular training are small group sessions. Capped off at 6 QB’s, these sessions offer quality reps and personal coaching while still being able to work and compete with other QB’s of similar age and skill level. Quarterbacks will engage in various innovative drills designed to challenge and develop their skills. These sessions are often 60-90 minutes and will involve throwing to receivers. Areas of focus for these sessions are mechanics, footwork, pocket movement, reaction drills, progressions, pre & post snap reads, coverage recognition, 1vs1’s and group competitions. (2-6 Quarterbacks)

Gym & Training

Gym sessions are available in both 1on1 and groups. These sessions start by identifying strengths and weaknesses in QB(s) body positioning, stability, and movement. The workouts during these session are specifically designed to develop throwing power, arm speed, strength, endurance, balance, and mobility. Quarterbacks who participate in these sessions will also receive personalized offseason and in season workout programs.
